The role: The primary requirement will be to manage a team which will include promoting Health and Safety, implement a positive team working attitude whilst ensuring targets are met. The manager must be the point of contact with any issues regarding the manufacturing process. Someone with experience as a manager within a fast-paced manufacturing facility will be essential. You will manage the engineering budget (labour, overtime, fixed plant repairs, maintenance contracts etc.) to plan and look for opportunities to create value. The Candidate: * Proven, demonstrable experience within FMCG and a track record of delivering sustainable improvements. * Excellent Leadership Qualities. * Proven ability to set, manage/control revenue and capital budgets. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI Techniques. * Proven track record of specifying and running medium to large-scale projects from conception to completion. * Demonstrable knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental compliance and standards. * Knowledge of RCM techniques and principles Qualifications * Engineering Qualification (HND/Degree or similar) desirable If you are interested, please call Sam Bishop on (phone number removed) or apply online *Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position
