Fab Technician / Handyman £30,000 Plus + Holiday + Career Progression The client is a global building services looking to recruit a fab tech/ Handyman  based in the Kent or London Region. An amazing opportunity has come up to work for a reputable company who has great track record for internal candidate succession and career progression. Job Specification: Assist with PPM tasks and extra work requirements . i.e. Room set ups Have a self-motivated ‘can do’ attitude required to work within the current site-based team. Conduct maintenance and repairs to site assets Attend to internal areas including walls, partitions, ceilings skirtings etc. Deal with minor Carpentry repairs and fixing of shelves and pictures. General labouring duties. Ensure maintenance & inspection records are completed and submitted on a timely basis. Escorting duties as required. Work with other professionals within and outside fabric specialism.
