Technical Support and Training Manager


The primary goal of this role is to elevate business development levels by providing comprehensive training, spearheading E-Learning initiatives, and ensuring impeccable technical support while maintaining a service for tracking and tracing support interactions. Brieft overview of the role: Strategise and implement global training plans. Collaborate with external partners for ongoing training needs. Coordinate internal departments for service progression. Provide comprehensive staff training for efficient operations. Requirements: Experience in training provision and business case planning. Proficient communication skills across all levels of the organization. Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous customer service experience. Proven track record in managing/supervising teams. Demonstrated organizational skills. Experience within the bus industry. Active driving license
