Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer Possibl are currently recruiting for a freelance Graphic Designer with experience in creating animations for eLearning content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, and animation, particularly supporting elearning modules. They will collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia team to produce visually compelling and pedagogically sound eLearning materials. Responsibilities: - Design and develop animated assets, including motion graphics, explainer videos, interactive simulations, and other multimedia elements for eLearning courses. - Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and translate them into visually engaging and effective animations. - Create storyboards, concept sketches, and visual prototypes to communicate design ideas and ensure alignment with project requirements. - Utilize industry-standard software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, etc.) to produce high-quality animations and graphics. - Optimize animations for various delivery platforms, including desktop, mobile, and virtual learning environments. - Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in graphic design, animation, and eLearning technology to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our eLearning content. Qualifications: - Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). - Strong portfolio showcasing animation skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail. - Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling. - Familiarity with instructional design principles and the ability to translate learning objectives into engaging visual experiences. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or other web development languages is a plus.
