Construction Manager

Role: Construction Manager Location: Bristol This Principal contractor is well known for constructing some of the most prestigious projects in the UK. They are looking for a construction manager to manage multiple sub-contractors ensuring time and quality management is to the correct standard. Rate: up to £310 a day Type: Freelance Roles & Responsibilities: Liaise with clients, ensuring their needs are met to a specific timescale Work along-side sub-contractors Client supply furniture interface and liaison support Assist with H&S on site Maintaining high quality report record Project reporting including weekly Progress Report and weekly material cost report.
