Sales Executive

Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established growing company in Stroud as a Sales Executive! You must have experience within sales over the phone - telesales, business development, estate agency, recruitment etc. Within this role you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a track record of meeting sales targets. £30,000 per annum OTE 37k Monday to Friday - Office based Main Duties; " Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services. " Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services. " Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. " Provide excellent customer service to all customers. " Update and maintain customer information in the company's database. " Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business " Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance " Contribute positively to the team to create a fun working environment Person Specification; " Have experience of closing sales over the phone " Confident and assertive communicator " Excellent written and verbal communication skills " Resilient and able to thrive in a targeted environment " Work well under pressure " Strong customer service skills. " Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
