Supported Living - Care Manager – Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities, Autism. Bristol ** A new position has arisen for a Service Manager to support adults with learning disabilities in Bristol. You will have a passion for care, and making a real difference to people's lives. Your experience will include supervising teams, setting rotas and ensuring the people you support receive the best possible levels of care. You might be an experienced Service Manager looking to make a difference in a new setting, and applications are welcomed from experienced Deputy Managers or Team Leaders who feel they are ready for the next step in their career. You have knowledge of CQC, KLOE and Local Authority Safeguarding procedures and you will hold a professional qualification at NVQ level 5 or equivalent or be already working towards this accreditation. This will be highly rewarding, you will be making a real difference to the adults you are supporting who are living with complex care needs and learning disabilities.
