Job Title: Baker Recruiter: Alaska Black Location: Eastern Warwickshire Salary: £11.30/hour Contract: Permanent The company Our client is a small, family-owned business who pride themselves on their mission to manufacture high-end, quality products. Through heavy investment and commitment, they are continuing to grow and now wish to recruit a baker to join their team. The Role Duties would include but are not limited to: * Baking in gas ovens - 2 and 4 rack ovens. * Operating 12 to 17 rack provers. * Operating 2 and 6 pocket rounders. * Operate mixing bowls. * Operate a bread plant. * Tabletop rounding. * Housekeeping. The person Experience and qualifications required: * Food hygiene certificate is ideal, but not essential, a course will be provided for the right candidate to fill this gap. * Min 5 years’ experience working in medium scale bakeries producing high quality products.
