Associate Sustainability Director

Job Title: Associate Sustainability Director Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus' Location: Bishopsgate, London The Role: CRG are working with a leading consultancy firm specialising in sustainability solutions for the UK construction and property sector. Our client pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, innovative services to their clients, helping them achieve their sustainability goals while optimising performance and efficiency. Due to continuously growth, our client are looking for an Associate Sustainability Director to join their successful team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, particularly in engineering with a focus on M&E or architecture, and a solid understanding of retrofit solutions. Trips to the London office will be required for occasional attendance and team bonding. Responsibilities as an Associate Sustainability Director: * Lead technical discussions and analyses, leveraging your expertise to drive sustainable solutions for our clients. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. * Drive business development efforts through identifying and pursuing opportunities with existing and new clients. * Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. * Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams within our consultancy environment, focusing on sustainable building practices. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Chartered status or actively working towards it. * Proven experience in the UK construction sector, specifically within consultancy roles. * Strong business development skills with a track record of successful client engagement and project delivery. * Excellent project management abilities, including budgeting and scheduling. * Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, prioritising quality outputs and commercial interests.
