Operations Customer Service Advisor

25,000 + Annual Bonus 1500

  • Customer service experience specifically insurance would be preferred though not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to document customer interactions and update customer records.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate financial services or products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus.
