My client is looking for a Fabric Handyperson to work on a commercial building based in central London. You will work Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.

General Duties

• Door maintenance and repair
• Basic Plumbing repairs
• Tiling patch repairs, wall and floor
• Temporary repairs to flooring carpets, lino and screeds
• Suspended ceiling repairs
• Shelving racking
• Lock changes/repairs
• External repairs i.e. patch brickwork.
• Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner.
• Assist in the preparation of emergency and contingency plans
• Ensure accurate records appertaining to all planned preventative maintenance and the emergency repairs completed.
• Oversee all site activities, both maintenance and project specific and ensure all safety aspects are managed and monitored in accordance with site procedures and requirements.
• Perform all duties in line with current health and safety legislation and company policy with relevance to safe working practices and the storage of chemicals.
