Multi Skilled Worker

We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for the role of a Mutil Skilled Joiner. The successful candidate will service properties across the Liverpool Area.

Pay Rate: 20 CIS ( Temp to Perm Position)

Responsibilities:

Perform various joinery tasks including installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Work on doors, windows, kitchen units, and other joinery-related projects.

Ensure all work meets safety standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

NVQ or equivalent in Joinery.

Full UK Drivers Licence

Experience in social housing maintenance and customer-facing roles.

Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications.

Skills Needed:

Plumbing (removing and refitting radiators/bathroom suites).

Plastering (various types of plastering/rendering).

Tiling.

Joinery (fitting skirting & architraves/internal doors/new kitchens).

Comfortable with PDA systems.
