We ve gone from the red ocean , a traditional recruitment agency, to the blue ocean , a People Consultancy specialising in Executive Search, talent assessment, strategic HR Consultancy, and recruitment services.

Currently, our marketing strategy blends digital and traditional approaches, emphasising social media, LinkedIn newsletters, PPC campaigns, SEO, and supporting analytics.

This role is tailor-made for a Digital Marketer ready to expand their skills in sponsorships and personal branding while driving the business forward with a proven digital approach. As the Marketing Manager, you'll own this function with significant input and leadership of our Marketing strategy, messaging, and footprint.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Utilise GA4 and Search Console for data analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee the content management system (CMS), specifically WordPress.
  • Create visually appealing candidate packs, brochures, and graphics using Canva, Adobe CC, or Microsoft Suite.
  • Develop, review, and manage staff content schedules.
  • Curate and manage content for the LinkedIn newsletter.
  • Utilise our CRM, Loxo, for outreach and list management.
  • Employ HubSpot for creating forms, pop-ups, landing pages, etc.
  • Oversee LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X platforms, including paid ads where required.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for PR, design, video, etc.
  • Review tender opportunities from various sources and support the proposal process.
  • Set, manage, and monitor the budget across all Marketing activities in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify additional Marketing opportunities in the wider business landscape, such as sponsorships, events, or advertising.
  • Manage memberships with local Chambers, ensuring optimal leverage.
  • Plan, record, and edit podcast episodes using Adobe Audition.
  • Contact Executive Search clients to gather feedback and testimonials.
