Enthusiasm, energy and passion are the key traits we seek in our quest for talent. The role We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our innovative and established Distribution team. This permanent role is full time for 40hours per week based onsite from Monday to Friday - working hours are 6pm - 2:30am. The key accountabilities of the role are: * Ensure all obligations are met by you and your team, to provide a safe and thriving working environment. * Raising any concerns to your line manager * Communicate with your peers in the warehouse or transport throughout your shift to ensure collaborative working * Support with planning ahead and planning resources, thinking about overtime, bookings and annual leave * Complete daily compliance reports to support your line manager for safety guidelines Role requirements In order to be considered for this position, the essential requirements for the role are: * At least 1-2 years Leadership experience (Warehouse Leadership is desirable) * A good communicator * You must be able to deal with competing demands and prioritize well * You must have a can do attitude Benefits Employees are our greatest asset and we demonstrate our gratitude through our competitive range of benefits. * 20 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays * Discretionary annual bonus of up to 3% * Long service bonus * Life Assurance lump sum benefit of £20,000 * Health care cash plan
