We have eight depots in Newport (Shropshire), Shrewsbury, Sudbury, Welshpool, Middlewich, Ormskirk, Denbigh and Knighton About the Role This is a multi skilled role with the ideal candidate being familiar with Plant and Machinery ideally. Due to the nature of the role you will be working outdoors and in all weathers and conditions so we are looking for a can do attitude. This is a delivery and sometimes recovery role, ability to manage the work site from a Health and safety aspect is essential and to be adaptable to the challenges the role can bring. Our Customer service is primary and as the face of the business we would be looking for great customer service skills from the ideal candidate. Responsibilities On a day-to-day basis you will (this list is not exhaustive): * Ensure All driver checks are completed and recorded with a Nil defect Policy. * Keep your vehicle in a clean, safe and serviceable condition. * Deliver and collect Machinery and Plant from our customers. * Assist, where required, with LGV driving/delivery tasks should it be necessary. * Assist yard team with loading/unloading of vehicle. Sourcing loads from stock. * Be presentable and customer focused. Candidate Requirements * HGV C (class 2) minimum. * Good knowledge of Driver/Tacho Regulations. * Good Geographical knowledge. * A can-do attitude. * HIAB license preferred but not essential (Training can be given for the right candidate)
