Responsibilities as our Compliance Advisor are to: Ensure current and new products meet regulatory obligations in the markets that we operate in – UK, EU, China and other international markets Engage with industry to understand and track regulatory trends and developments Communicate updates across business units to gain engagement and alignment for effective completion of compliance projects Take ownership and assist with investigation and resolution of any potential non-compliance Support Sales Team to resolve customer or tender specific questions or requirements Support SDS compliance using software (MSDgen) to generate and update files to meet all regional requirements Complete and maintain product regulatory registrations Ensure marketing material contains correct H&S information and other regional requirements Skills required of our Compliance Advisor: At least 3 years experience working in a role related to project regulatory compliance Articulate and numerate Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs Strong, positive, and proactive communicator Flexible Pro-active and can work on own initiative Good to have Degree or equivalent in sciences or similar Experience of SDS software such as MSDgen Experience of regional REACH requirements and the impact on downstream manufactures Knowledge of products and chemicals related to the lubricant industry Interested in becoming a Moover?
