Finance Assistant

IMMEDIATE ROLE! Finance Assistance ( Laboratory/Scientific Testing ) Warrington £13.85 p/h – Monday to Friday 9:00AM – 17:00PM 37.5 Hours a week 3 Months temporar Avid are on the hunt for a Temporary Finance Assistance for an amazing client who are going through an exciting period of growth. Your Role * Assisting with the backlogs of unposted bank items * Reconciliation of the bank accounts within finance system * Assist the accounting manager with any other ad hoc assignments. * Reconciliation of credit card statements * Allocations of receipts & payments to AP/AR ledgers * Posting of receipts and payments from the bank Your Qualifications * Works well under pressure, especially when working to deadlines. * Competent Excel skills. * Experience using Sage Inacct (preferred but not essential). * Ability to work on own initiative. * Numerate with excellent attention to detail. * Effective prioritisation and time management.
