Site Cleaning Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a background in subcontracting and a knack for overseeing large cleaning operations? We're seeking a meticulous and proactive Site Cleaning Manager to lead our clients’ team in carrying out post-construction cleans, ensuring buildings are prepared to the highest standards for occupation. Role Overview: As Site Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners working on various building sites. Your primary tasks will include overseeing post-construction cleaning operations, coordinating with clients and teams through effective communication, evidencing, and ensuring completed jobs are signed off effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and oversee your team, sometimes remotely, to ensure efficient and thorough post-construction cleaning. * Ensuring processes are in place and followed daily by Site Supervisors in relation to verifying completion of cleaning tasks, evidencing and sign off on jobs to client’s satisfaction. * Conduct regular site visits to oversee cleaning operations and address any issues promptly. * Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on cleaning progress. * Utilise your background in site cleans/management for specific tasks related to site preparation, as necessary. * Manage your own diary to schedule site visits and coordinate with clients’ teams effectively. * Work away from home as required, with a company-provided vehicle or car allowance and fully expensed travel arrangements. Requirements: * Previous experience in a subcontractor background, ideally within the cleaning industry. * Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cleaning teams and maintain high standards of cleanliness. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and teams. * Flexibility to work away from home as needed. * Valid driver's license.
