The Service and Maintenance department oversee various tasks within the design and installation process of treatment plants, from commissioning to service, to optimisation and fault-finding. Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer with a passion to provide both preventative and reactive solutions in an efficient and sustainable manner whilst demonstrating a high level of customer service. The role is a mobile position but based out of our Bristol office with contracts across the South of England, there will be a requirement to work away from home for periods at a time. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Undertake the role of electrical and/ or mechanical service engineer for industrial, commercial, and domestic wastewater treatment systems. * Undertake scheduled and reactive servicing and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment contracts. * On-site fault finding, repair and replacement of equipment that relates to the wastewater and sewage industry. * Create detailed reports of completed works and recommendations of remedial works. * Assist the project management team in the planning, supervision, and installation of new wastewater plants. * Provide cover to Project Managers during periods of absence. * Travel to Maintenance or Project based sites around the South of the either independently or as part of a team. * Preparation of timesheets, risk assessments, method statements. * On occasions you may be offered to assist with projects overseas. Required Skills/Qualifications (Essential): * A full clean UK driving licence * Level 3 apprenticeship electrical engineering or mechanical engineering * 18th Edition certified * Ability to manage projects Required Skills/Qualifications (Desirable): * PASMA * Wastewater background, all areas. An understanding of domestic, commercial, and industrial systems is desirable * Confined space medium risk top and bottom person * Blue water card * SMSTS/SSSTS * First aid
