Ecommerce Manager Manchester Up to £50,000 A leading fashion brand with fantastic reputation is looking to appoint an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join the growing team based in their Manchester Head Office. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be pivotal in leading the ecommerce team ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer journey driving the focus on personalisation to optimise the website for valued customers. You will be responsible for implementing and managing all trading activities across multiple sites and apps to testing experiences. The main responsibilities as the Ecommerce Manager will include. * Develop & execute the Ecommerce trading strategy in-line with the overall commercial development plans. * Coordinating day-to-day trading activities on the websites and app globally * Working seamlessly with Buying & Merchandising teams to optimise product visibility, availability, and distribution on all ecommerce platforms. * Driving online revenue and profitability * Full ownership of ecommerce KPI’s, such as Conversion Rates, Bounce Rates, Visit Duration, Pages per Session, and Cart Abandonment Rate. * Working with Head of Marketing to devise & deliver trade campaigns, product initiatives and drive overall commercial success. * Leading and developing the e-commerce team. * Management of the Ecommerce budgets * Coordinating the A/B tests and conversion rate optimisation strategies to enhance overall website performance. * Working seamlessly across the business, driving continuous process improvement and efficiency Key requirements for the role. * Previous experience of a similar level role within Ecommerce trading * Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to harness profitability within the fast-paced online market. * Experienced people manager who leads by example * Highly numerate with the ability to analyse information from various sources. * Strong use of google analytics to deliver commercial results and highly proficient in Excel, HTML, and JSON. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. * Strong multi-tasker who can self-manage and use initiative. * Strong commercial awareness with the drive to succeed.
