Customer Service Advisor


Role: Technical Support + Service Advisor Location: Based on-site in our Derry Office Operational Opening hours: 37.5 Hours a week between 8.00am – 8.00pm – Monday to Sunday Salary: £11.55PH based on a 37.5 hour working week The customer is our main focus, as we are on a mission to provide the best service and customer experience in the telecommunication world. You will support our customers through calls, email and live chat. How You’ll Do It: We are all about providing the best customer experience for our customers, no matter how they contact us. You’ll be warm, friendly, tenacious, resilient and eager to help customers. You’ll need to think creatively to meet customer needs whilst dealing with a high volume of calls and smashing targets, including introducing customers to new products and services on top of their current package. Most of all, you’ll enjoy chatting and building relationships with lots of different people and helping to resolve their issues. What Your Day Will Look Like: Interact through phone, email and live chat with our customers, understanding & supporting their individual needs. Support your peers & team by sharing your experience and successes Understand the entire customer proposition to help customers with other questions they may have Experience/Skills & Personal Qualities: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Clear communication skills with the ability to influence other people’s opinions by the way you deliver and present information. A good decision maker with the ability to work under own initiative Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated Competent in Microsoft Office and navigating various systems. Building rapport with your customers and team Conscientious and reliable individual who is self-motivated, open and trustworthy. Friendly personality shows confidence and pride in delivering excellent service. Enthusiastic with positive attitude to work and a logical approach to problem solving.
