Hr Business Partner


Clements Grey has engaged with a prominent Midlands-based manufacturer and distributor of infrastructure products, a leader in the industry with operations across five strategic locations. To support their ambitious business and people development plans, we're seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their Senior Leadership Team. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in shaping the organisation's HR strategy, ensuring adherence to best practices, and fostering strong employee relations. As the HR Business Partner, you will provide expert guidance to colleagues and line managers on various HR aspects, including employee management, policy implementation, and navigating complex legal issues. Your contribution will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the company's workforce is managed effectively. You'll be an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional employee experiences and top-notch customer service to line managers. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and maintain employee processes, policies, and procedures with a focus on documentation accuracy and compliance. * Oversee employee data management and change workflows across internal and external systems, covering areas such as onboarding, TUPE transfers, and change management. * Manage data and files related to new hires and terminations across all personnel databases. * Contribute to the design, configuration, and communication of benefits enrolment processes and programs. * Continuously improve processes to enhance the accessibility and management of key analytical data. Skills & Qualifications: * Prior experience in construction or manufacturing industries is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong ethical mindset. * Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution. * A proactive and adaptable approach to task execution. * Familiarity with digital platforms and change management principles. * Sound understanding of UK HR law and Health & Safety requirements. * Commercially astute with a degree or equivalent qualification, ideally CIPD Level 5 certificate Interviewing week commencing 8th April 2024
