Building Surveyor

The Role Work as part of the Repairs and Asset Team to provide a comprehensive and effective high quality generic surveying service that includes; Responsive repairs, Voids, Damp and Mould, Disrepair and Planned maintenance. Have experience in dealing with damp and mould repair Defect Diagnosis: Utilise your expertise to identify and assess defects in buildings, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations for remediation. Ensure buildings conform to the latest building regulations and technical standards. Prepare reports and assessments as required. Contribute to the supervision of contracts for responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, damp and mould, planned /cyclical works.The Successful Candidate Hold a Building Surveying qualification HND, HNC or Degree Level. Ideally hold RICS, CIOB professional registration or working towards this.
