Technical Manager Offsite Construction £50-70,000 depending on experience + bonus East Anglia Full time, permanent * Use your excellent technical skills and expertise in delivering sustainable buildings * Provide essential technical leadership in the design process * Be part of a Group who is a major player in offsite construction / MMC * Hybrid working available - 3 days in office, 2 days remote Leading manufacturer of a sustainable MMC solution seeks an experienced Technical Manager to take on a key role leading the design process in their projects working with education, healthcare and commercial sectors. About the Technical Manager role: * Working closely with all colleagues and stakeholders from bid stage onwards * Attending meetings as the project progresses * Using your excellent knowledge of MMC solutions to support and guide the bid process * Providing and developing scope of works, liaising with the relevant suppliers * Working with the Design team to ensure provision of value for money * Developing standards and product development As Technical Manager, you will have: * Degree qualification in Architecture, Engineering or Construction * Proven knowledge of the offsite construction / MMC industry at a good level * High standard of written and spoken English * Proven experience in monitoring and reviewing design/drawing process * Excellent negotiator * Able to manage yourself to provide timely project deliverables, whilst maintaining the team ethos Benefits include: * Salary (depending on experience, qualifications etc) £50-70,000 * Bonus (potentially up to 12.5% of salary) paid annually * 25 days' holiday with additional days after 5 years' service - able to purchase additional if required * Employee Assistance Programme * Cycle to work scheme * Enhanced maternity and paternity pay * Hybrid working: up to two days work from home If you would like to be involved in this excellent opportunity, please apply today or call Sue or Annie to find out more.
