Building Surveyor

An expanding, diverse practice known for its comprehensive services across various industry sectors is currently on the lookout for a Building Surveyor to enhance their team in Essex. The Building Surveyor's role Joining as the new Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of traditional building surveying duties, encompassing both project and professional services, alongside design and specification, and managing client/contractor relationships. In this capacity, your contributions will include mentoring junior building surveyors, leading projects, negotiating and finalising contracts with contractors, and achieving annual/monthly financial targets. You will work on scheems across the public and private sector, on education, government and private residential properties. The successful Building Surveyor will have? Chartered RICS status ideally. RICS accredited degreein Building Surveying. AutoCAD drawing production experience.
