Children’s Home Registered Manager Salary- £43,000 - £49,000 Hours- Full Time (Sponsorship currently unavailable) The Recruitment Crowd are on the lookout for a talented, driven and passionate individual to lead the service as Registered Home Manager for a Children's Residential Home based in the Kidderminster location. Job Description:- We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined Children’s Home Registered Manager. We are looking for someone who knows how to make a house, a home. This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home. Requirements for the opportunity:- * A minimum of 5 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children. * At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff. * NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce. * LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). * A “Good” or “Outstanding” grade within your recent Ofsted Inspections.
