An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive! SC1 Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be advertising on behalf of our client as they recruit an additional Sales Executive to their sales hub in Sheffield!  Joining our clients thriving business, you will ideally have previous sales experience, however, it is not essential if you have the natural ability to build rapport with customers. The successful applicant will be responsible for: Managing customer sales enquiry via telephone, email and web forms in line with company policies and procedures. Maintaining records of sales progress and follow-up activities. Contributing ideas for improvement to the Sales process. Undertaking regular competitor analysis. Work in a timely and efficient manner to reach desired outcomes. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills - working in a B2C, industrial company, you will be following up on warm sales leads, so an ability to ask the right questions to ensure the product is fit for purpose and book a face to face appointment for the Installations Engineer to meet the customer. Key Attributes: Have excellent communication skills and be able to create and maintain strong relationships. Be proactive and able to work well in a team. Demonstrate commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving % success. Be able to work in a fast paced environment. Be highly organised and have strong problem solving skills.
