Multi Skilled Production Operative We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Multi-skilled Factory Operative to work at our flagship concrete products site at Hulland Ward. Hulland Ward manufactures a wide variety of Concrete Products for the DIY and Construction sectors. The site is divided into several manufacturing units, employing in the region of 200 people and is the largest Precast Concrete manufacturing site in the UK. As a multi-skilled operative you will be an integral part of the production team, with your main responsibilities being to actively contribute to the manufacturing of quality products and delivery of production targets. You will inspect, carry out and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions. Previous experience of running processes and basic maintenance would be desirable. The position is working a rotating shift pattern (days / afternoons, or fixed day shift), with the requirement to work overtime when needed with a flexible approach to working requests.
