Site Manager

My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on an external Planned Maintenance contract in North-West London. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for external works including window/door replacements, roof repairs, EWI, brick repair and recladding works. There is a big push on Net Zero so any experience working on these projects is desirable. To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certificates. You must also have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. This Site Manager position is paid at a rate of £28.50 per hour, CIS. Mileage is covered at 45p per mile. Please note that we are looking for Site Managers with previous Planned Maintenance experience in live properties for leading Planned Maintenance Main Contractors.
