SALES MANAGER Printweek Mark Allen is looking to welcome a talented Sales Manager to join our team in our Herne Hill office. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office) and an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Printweek, a leading publication in the printing industry. We are offering a salary of £35,000 plus OTE and company benefits The Role: As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue for Printweek's market-leading online jobs board and classified sales (both print and online, including native advertising). You will be responsible for developing and securing new business across both platforms, while maximizing ROI and revenue for existing clients. As Sales Manager, you will bring to this role outstanding customer service, creative sales skills, and the ability to understand and communicate client needs effectively across multiple revenue streams. Key Responsibilities: * Support commercial revenues for the prestigious Printweek Awards and potentially HR Magazine's awards (optional). * Build strong relationships with recruitment clients and upsell packages. * Proactively identify and secure new business across classified and recruitment sectors. * Partner with the editorial team to find and secure native advertising opportunities. * Maintain strong forward order bookings and ensure accurate and timely placement of bookings in the CRM system. * Develop and implement effective renewal strategies for clients. (combine "classified and recruitment clients" into "clients") * Collaborate with the DevTeam to improve the functionality of the jobs board and identify and resolve technical issues. * Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to the Commercial Director. * Approve monthly pre-invoicing figures.
