Internal Account Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics – Bolton - Up to £28,000 basic    Are you an experienced Internal Account Manager or Operator with exceptional customer service skills and want to be rewarded and recognised for your outstanding performance?    If you are, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.    This role comes with a bonus paid up to 40% of your salary!    My client is currently looking for an Internal Account Manager, who will be the primary commercial contact for a portfolio of 30-40 customers, with a responsibility to ensure retention and growth of this customer-base. This role is based in Bolton.    The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, driven, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.    Internal Account Manager– The Rewards Salary up to £28,000 Fantastic bonus scheme OTE £40K PLUS Hybrid working available. (2 days WFH) Performance based incentives Great training and development opportunities  Internal Account Manager– Responsibilities  Retention and development of the relationships of a portfolio of customers. Building & maintaining a long-term relationship with customers and maximizing potential new revenue streams. Acting as the central contact for clients, field-based teams, and Operations Manage and control the individual Customer tariffs and respond to quotation requests immediately to support securing the business.  Internal Account Manager– Requirements Proven track record of Account Management ideally within e-commerce / logistics/distribution / similar service-related industries Focussed, reliable and hardworking individual with a clear focus on building and strengthening. A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service.
