Employer Engagement Lead – Energy, Engineering and Construction £27,926 per annum 37 hours per week Lancaster and Morecambe College are a thriving FE College and justifiably proud of the strong links with our local community. Located between Lancaster and Morecambe, we are proud to be our community’s provider of technical, professional and creative education. Lancaster and Morecambe College are seeking an Employer Engagement Lead to build and maintain relationships with local and regional businesses in the Energy, Engineering and Construction sectors, in order to develop courses that meet their needs. You will work collaboratively with curriculum and work-based learning teams to promote the College’s provision to employers, prospective learners and the wider community, helping to meet recruitment and progression targets. You will also oversee Apprenticeship Admissions, ensuring effective administration of applications and interviews. A knowledge of work-based learning and training programmes is essential to this role, as well as experience of supervising staff and processes. You should be qualified to a minimum of Level 4 in an appropriate subject, and hold GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2).
