Exciting Opportunity: Service Quality Manager in East of England Gilbert Meher is currently seeking a dedicated Service Quality Manager to join our care home group in the East of England. As a Service Quality Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring and maintaining high-quality care services across our care homes. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the operations team, care home managers, and staff to promote a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and resident satisfaction. Monitor, evaluate, and enhance service quality standards in line with regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide guidance and support to care home managers to ensure compliance and delivery of exceptional care. Travel to all Kingsley Care Homes as required.Reports to: Regional Operations Manager/Operations Director Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or care home industry. Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including CQC. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and continuous improvement.
