As part of this growth, we are seeking exceptional Operations Managers to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our care homes comply with regulatory requirements, deliver high-quality care environments for residents, and achieve financial and business objectives. Your leadership, support, and mentoring will be instrumental in driving the success of the homes, aligning operations with our vision and values. Reports to: Regional Operations Manager/Operations Director Key Responsibilities: Manage operations in care homes to ensure compliance and high-quality care delivery. Provide strong leadership, support, and mentoring to staff. Oversee financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Analyse data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives. Implement best practices in quality care for elderly residents. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Hold a full UK driving licence.Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting. Excellent people management skills, able to motivate and inspire staff. Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of best practices in quality care for elderly residents.
