HR Advisor

Our client is a fast paced FMCG business with offices based in North Suffolk.   This is a generalist HR Advisor vacancy that would suit a candidate who has studied part of the CIPD and has a varied HR background. Duties will include: Provide HR guidance, support and coaching to managers covering all stages of the employee lifecycle Supporting with employee relations, employee engagement and managing performance Reporting HR KPIs, identifying trends and proactively influencing these to improve upon targets Drive and be part of people initiatives to improve upon employee engagement and communicationExperienced required: Previous generalist HR experience, ideally knowledge of business partnering To be CIPD level 5 qualified (or working towards) To be confident in your decision making and have strong interpersonal and influencing skill Our client offers excellent benefits and flexible working.  This role could be recruited on a full or part time (4 days a week) and offers some hybrid working opportunities.
