Your key responsibilities will include: Initiate projects by conducting feasibility checks and outlining budgets, teams, and resources. Plan and organise project goals, roles, schedules, and timelines to meet client needs. Lead and motivate project teams, both internal and external stakeholders. Manage projects effectively, ensuring coordination, adherence to budgets, and on-time delivery. Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes throughout the process. Identify and manage risks to ensure timely project delivery. Keep clients informed of milestone timelines and facilitate payment processes. Report regularly to management and clients on project status. Close projects by evaluating successes and challenges for continuous improvement.
