Client Services Executive Full time permanent – normal business hours – Monday / Friday Salary £25,000k - £27,000k Location: – Meadowhall, Sheffield - M1 Immediate hire This is an excellent opportunity to join a large organisation in a Client Services Executive position. You will be the first point of contact for professional services customers and work as a liaison between the internal account managers and production. Working within the customer service administration team this client offers a great working environment and excellent career opportunities Key Arears: - * Administration * Customer Services * IT skills, excel & Microsoft products Main responsibilities: - * Answering and processing all incoming sales calls and emails * Following up via call or email to all prospects and quotes * Manage a busy inbox to ensure customer enquiries are handled quickly and effectively * Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and managing customer expectations * Provide stock reports and handle stock queries * Provide courier tracking status and updates to customers * Communicate with customers using phone or email * Build trust and loyalty with customers, going the extra mile to exceed customers’ expectations * Liaise with internal departments to deliver customer’s expectations * Arranging call backs with clients to assist the quoting process where required Person Specification: - * Excellent and accurate data entry skills * Excellent customer service skills * Good knowledge of Microsoft / Excel applications * Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
