Requirements: - Proven ability to take responsibility and excellent leadership skills. - Previous experience in recruiting, managing, and developing a team. - Experience working for a home care agency is essential. - UK driver`s license, over 22 years old, and access to a vehicle. - Previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, deputy manager, field care supervisor, or care manager is highly valued. - All positions are subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references due to contact with vulnerable clients.
