TeamJobs is looking for a Service Team Manager for a successful, independent holiday letting agent in Poole & Bournemouth. The successful candidate will look after 35, directly employed cleaners tasked with cleaning and laundering 150 four and five-star holiday homes throughout the area. Full-time 5 days per week - including Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu 9:15 am-6 pm Salary up to £29k DOE 28 days annual leave Driving licence is essential Free onsite parkingResponsibilities: Manage and rota over 30 cleaners across 150 holiday homes. Spot-check property standards. Oversee cleaners and handle arising issues. Coach, recruit, train and performance manage the team. Dealing with clients and colleagues alike in a professional and friendly manner resolving any issues Overseeing any disciplinary matters together with empowering staff and building relationships with the team.
