Project Manager(consultancy)

Our client is a privately owned Construction Consultancy growing business where their team can develop their careers and achievements are recognised and well rewarded. They have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team, based in or around the Coventry area. There is the opportunity to do some hybrid working as well. They operate within the commercial, industrial, education and extra-care sectors with leading companies around the UK. Our ideal candidate: * Experienced Construction Project Manager (3 years +) with a client-side background * Able to work both individually and lead a project in a team environment and report directly to a client * Good understanding of construction technology, sufficient to carry out quality inspections and reports * Experienced in construction procurement, contracts (particularly JCT) and administering projects * Experience within the industrial, education and / or multi-room sectors desirable but not essential for the right candidate * Candidates will either have achieved a professional qualification or be working towards achieving one. * A demonstrable and stable track record of successful projects * A natural drive to succeed. * A self-starter attitude.
