Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer Location: City of London £43k+ Job Description: * Conducting general Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities on various electrical and mechanical systems. * Responding to reactive maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly. * Performing emergency lighting tests and fire alarm tests in accordance with regulations. * Servicing and maintaining Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. * Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records of work performed. Requirements: * Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent. * 18th edition wiring regulations qualification. * Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the facilities management or building services sector. * Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
