Contract Manager - Repairs & Voids

Operations Manager – Main Contractor Repairs & Maintenance Up to £70,000 + Package My client are an established tier 1 contractor who are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to head up one of their flagship R&M contracts. The Role; They deliver repairs & maintenance and void refurbishment projects to over 9000 properties in Essex. They have a large in house team that you would be responsible for managing on a daily basis. You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, programming of works and budgeting. Your direct team will include management, supervisors, operatives & office staff. The Candidate; The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing day to day repairs & Void contracts. Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations. A good knowledge of up to date legislations and strong organisational skills is also desired. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and reputable business.
