Lettings Manager – Liverpool- £30,000pa- £35,000pa- DOE One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for an exceptional Lettings Manager to come and join our clients ambitious and growing team in Liverpool. About the client: My client has 2 high-end student accommodation developments in Liverpool City Centre which you will work at. The quality of properties within the portfolio is exceptional. My client pride themselves on providing impeccable customer service and are confident that anyone dealing with them, tenant, or buyer, will benefit from the great service. About the role: We are searching for a Student Lettings Manager to provide property and tenancy management service for the company’s customers and acting as a key contact for the student and residential development, dealing with tenant and landlord queries. Your core duties will consist of: • Be responsible for overseeing the student and residential block of apartments. • Conducting viewings and ensuring that the residential blocks achieve as close to full occupancy as possible. • Being the first point of contact for any complaints from tenants and landlords. • Conduct regular walks throughout the blocks and taking immediate issues to put any issues and health and safety problems right. • Co-ordinating any maintenance for properties including liaising with contractors and landlords to ensure work proceeds. • Managing the tenancy renewal process including consulting with Landlords on their renewal requirements. • Oversee all property inventory inspections and work with the property manager to ensure that re-lets are done in a timely manner. • Achieve all business targets in relation to property management and tenancy management. I am looking for the following attributes/ experience: • At least 2 years experience in a similar role to this one • Great ability to resolve issues with landlords, tenants, and contractors. • Good knowledge of word, excel, and Property Management systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
