And as an individual who can learn from the very best, you can shape the future of the business, build strong relationships with clients as well as manage projects from start to finish.    Key Responsibilities for the role of Process Engineer vary from being involved in plant commissioning teams, design works (thermal, chemical, hydraulic and mechanical), layout design, costing of projects, managing teams of consultants, through to health & safety. You will bring with you the ability to write excellent reports, be a team player, be willing to learn as well as inspire & teach others around you and be adaptable in your work style because you are working with Clients on large projects whilst representing the Consultancy to be world leading in what they do.    The experience that you will bring as Process Engineer: Good, solid experience working in an Engineering role within a food, drink or pharmaceutical manufacturing business is needed in this role. Either relevant engineering qualifications in process or chemical engineering OR qualified through experience. Experience with feasibility studies, concept design, costing and project management. The mindset of a do-er. With strong communication skills and strong leadership skills. Flexibility around location as clients are not always based in commutable distance of Belfast.
