Wood Machinist/CNC Operator

My client are looking for an experienced general wood machinist to join their growing production team, an award-winning designer and UK manufacturer of contemporary furniture working with high-end brands across the hospitality, cruise, workplace and private healthcare sectors. Are you an experienced operator who can/has: * Follow established procedures, specifications, and standards. * Produce machined components with a keen attention to detail and consistent quality. * Work with a variety of traditional woodworking machines along with 3 and 4 axis CNCs. * Read and interpret documents and drawings. * Be a team player capable of bringing fresh perspectives and adjusting to new challenges. * A passion for sustainability and care for the environment. * Adopt LEAN manufacturing principles. * Industry experience would be advantageous but not essential
