Pre-Construction Project Manager

Fawkes & Reece are working with a major main contractor looking for a Pre-Construction Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a main contractor who have a very good name in the main contracting market and a solid pipeline for this year across London in the commercial/residential sector both private and public schemes. This pre-construction Project Manager will be working for a contractor with a tier one company culture, working with highly competent construction professionals who share the same vision for excellence. This is a company who have good morals and focus on delivering high quality and ensuring 100% client satisfaction as well as ensuring employee well being. This Pre-construction Project manager is a unique role whereby this person will be working on projects that are post bid and pre- build. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Project Directors, Technical team and design to get some interesting projects through PCSA and into contract. The ideal candidate for this role with have experience working on 2 stage tenders and have a good understanding of design as you will be expected to develop the stage 3 and 4 design to get the project in to contract. This will be a very rewarding position as you will be working closely with great clients and stakeholders who are on board already and helping this company get some interesting projects into contract. The pre-construction project manager will likely come from a Project Manager background and have an understanding of build-ability, commercial and design. This pre-construction Project Manager will not be delivering the projects once in contract but will be focused mainly in PCSA.
