Purchasing and Inventory Controller

We are seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Controller to join the Team at their HQ in Epsom, Surrey……sound interesting? £30,000 DOE Full Time - This is a full time office based position Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 3pm Location - Epsom, Surrey 21 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays - increasing by 1 day per year, capped at 5 years Bike Loan SchemeAre you passionate about bicycles and the sport? Do you have practical Knowledge of ERP Systems? (SAGEX3 an advantage) Competent in all MS office systems with intermediate Excel Skills? If successful you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager, and working closely with the Head of Warehouse, HQ Team & colleagues in Italy. Main Responsibilities: Liaise with the Service Course Manager to order third-party components and raise purchase orders. Develop a purchasing & forecasting process for all third-party brands for the brand stores. Support the Head of Warehouse with receipts of third-party components onto the ERP system. Manage back-orders with Italy and liaise with sales team to provide up to date information. Liaise with Italy regarding shipments of Pinarello products. Receive products from Italy onto the ERP system. Maintain and manage stock levels of Pinarello/Most branded accessories. Work closely with the Head of Warehouse to create regular stock counts, and help count as required. Develop and implement new inventory control practices.
