Project Manager (Fit-out) Permanent Location – Glasgow (First job is away from home) Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + package + accommodation etc Ref: GR1366 Gibson Recruitment Limited Job Description A well-respected building contractor with an enviable order book and spread of projects across the country. The first job for the successful Project Manager to deliver will be a high-end fit-out contract in the Western Isles of Scotland (approximately 12 months). Accommodation and a subsistence package are included. Thereafter, the next project will be another bespoke refurbishment in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager to join a growing business who have a demonstrable record of developing and promoting from within. Responsibilities * Act as a point of contact, managing relationships with the client and stakeholders. * Manage the delivery of the project to a high standard by budgeting and programming. * Oversee the co-ordination of subcontractors, ensuring efficiency and minimising costs. * Manage all phases of the project through to completion, to meet all contractual requirements. Requirements * Demonstrable track record of delivering High-End fit-out projects for another residential housebuilder or commercial building contractor. * Ideally have a joinery trade background. * A respectable leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
