The role is for a position working within an I.T. Support team within a group of companies based in Stalybridge, Cheshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic IT professional to join the team. The company offer a supportive culture with a focus on developing our team. Main Duties * First point of contact for customers reporting IT issues via a multitude of channels (including phone, email, and ticket system) * Providing excellent customer service * Prioritising tickets and managing queues * Creating and following documented procedures * Investigating technical issues and applying fixes * Liaising with internal colleagues to ensure the correct solution is implemented first time * This role will also require the ability to drive and attend client sites when remote solutions are unsuccessful or unsuitable. A company vehicle will be provided for these situations.
