About role Seeking a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1-3 years experience. This role would suit someone that wants to evolve and grow within this company. A mix of office based and site based and typically working on projects with a value of between £200K - £2million. Key Responsibilities/Skills • Completing tender returns • All aspects of contract administration • Will need to assist in variations to contracts and agreeing valuations • Reasonable knowledge of the construction process is required but years of experience Is not essential • Must have an excellent approach to work and a professional outlook on the construction industry • Ability to use rates and prices together with other project Information to formulate commercial values • Computer literate and a proficient user of all MS office packages • Good spoken and written communication skills • A clean, full UK driving licence is essential Will consider Trainee Quantity Surveyors looking for the next step up and Graduates that have a Mathematical back ground and IT skills.
